Je t’écoute is operated by N. Mispa, as a sole proprietorship (raison individuelle) in Switzerland. An independent activity currently being formalised, not registered in the Commercial Register (turnover below the mandatory registration threshold of CHF 100,000).

Je t’écoute offers an emotional, caring and confidential listening service, over a WhatsApp call (audio), by appointment. It is a human, non-medical listening and support service. Je t’écoute (jetecoute.ch) is an independent service, not affiliated with any listening association or organisation.

Je t’écoute is not a medical, psychological or psychotherapeutic service, and does not replace a doctor, a psychologist or a psychotherapist. No diagnosis, treatment or medical advice is given.

Sessions of 20 / 30 / 45 minutes, priced in CHF (see the offers). Payment online at the time of booking. Book at least 12 hours ahead; free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before the session.

Je t’écoute is not an emergency service. In case of immediate danger, call 144 or 112; for anonymous and confidential listening, call 143 (La Main Tendue).

The personal data provided (name, WhatsApp number, email, booking information) is processed confidentially, solely to provide the service, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for people residing in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Booking is handled via Cal.eu (data hosted in the European Union) and payment via Stripe, which process the data needed for these operations. Anyone may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by writing to contact@jetecoute.ch.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, United States (vercel.com). The domain name and associated DNS / email services are managed via Hostinger.

All site content (text, the “ear & heart” logo, visual identity, imagery) is the property of Je t’écoute / N. Mispa, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction or use without prior authorisation is prohibited.
